Meet Dr. Bianca Snead

Dr. Bianca is a licensed and board-certified naturopathic doctor dedicated to helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause with confidence. She believes that every woman deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered, and that symptoms are not something to simply "live with," but valuable clues that can lead to lasting healing.

Dr. Bianca's path to naturopathic medicine began through her own health journey. After developing an autoimmune condition, she discovered that nutrition, lifestyle medicine, stress management, and evidence-informed natural therapies could profoundly improve her health and quality of life. That experience changed the course of her life and inspired her to become a physician who helps others uncover and address the root causes of their symptoms.

Before pursuing medicine, Dr. Bianca earned a bachelor's degree in Human Biology and a master's in Sociology from Stanford University, and graduated from Stanford Law School. She spent several years advocating for children and families in the foster care system, where she developed a deep appreciation for listening, educating, and empowering people during some of life's most challenging moments.

She later earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University, where she received advanced training in clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, lifestyle counseling, laboratory interpretation, hormone health, and evidence-informed natural therapies.

Today, Dr. Bianca combines the best of naturopathic and integrative medicine to care for women experiencing concerns such as weight changes, fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, hormone imbalances, and other common symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. Her approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and personalized. She takes the time to understand each patient's story and develop realistic treatment plans that fit their lifestyle and health goals.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Bianca enjoys spending time with her family, practicing Pilates and Yoga, dancing, attending concerts, movies, and musicals, and staying active in nature.

Her philosophy is simple: when you understand the "why" behind your symptoms, you can make informed decisions that support lasting wellness. Through compassionate partnership and root-cause care, Dr. Bianca is committed to helping women feel their best at every stage of life.

More Than Just A Name

Why Magnolia?

I chose the name Magnolia because the magnolia flower represents so much of what I believe women embody: integrity, perseverance, endurance, resilience, and quiet strength. Magnolias are known for their gentle beauty, but they are also remarkably strong, able to endure and flourish through changing seasons.

That feels deeply connected to the journey through perimenopause and midlife. This season of life can bring change, challenges, and uncertainty, but it can also be a time of growth, renewal, and becoming more fully ourselves.

Magnolia represents my approach to care: strong, grounded, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that your body has an incredible capacity to adapt and heal. It is a reminder that strength doesn't always have to be loud. Sometimes, it looks like resilience, softness, and continuing to bloom through every season.

“Together, we create a path toward feeling like yourself again.”
